Tickets-office
Check out the events’ calendar to find out if seats are still available for each concert.
You must contact the sales point where you directly purchased your tickets. No reissue of tickets or duplicates will be possible at Groupama Stadium. As a reminder, access to the stadium will not be authorized with the printing of the purchase confirmation. Only the actual ticket will be accepted.
We remind you that each buyer is responsible for his order’s tickets and all spectators must have a ticket.
The tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You should eventually contact your sales point if you have taken out a cancellation insurance. The resale of tickets is prohibited for security reasons (article 313-6-2 of the Penal Code).
If your concert has been postponed, you must contact the sales point where you purchased your tickets to find out their terms and conditions.
You must bring your ticket and an identity document (or photo/photocopy). If you have opted for an e-ticket, you can show it on your mobile device or print it on an A4 paper sheet, checking that the barcodes are legible.
Yes, tickets can be presented on a cell phone. Be sure that luminosity is good, and barcodes are legible.
For concerts in the Groupama Stadium, tickets are strictly nominative. You may be asked for an ID.

Your invalid ticket will be stamped, and you will have to take the necessary steps with the retailer through which you purchased your tickets.
No group replacement can be made in the stands.

Tickets originally valid for Thursday July 9, 2020, or Friday July 9, 2021, are only valid for Friday July 8, 2022.
Tickets originally vali for Friday July 10, 2020, or Friday July 10, 2021, are only valid for Saturday July 9, 2022.

Free parking for 2 wheelers (non-motorized) is located under the access ramp to the stadium, next to the Allée des Lumières, to the right of the OL Store.

Pitches are reserved and the doors can be accessed through elevators or thanks to the staff (in blue) who can help you. A parking pass is required to park. The height limit for access to indoor car parks is 1.95 meters and 2.60 meters for outdoor car parks. In order to facilitate your travels, ask the reception staff (in blue) as soon as you arrive, to park near the access ramp.
Introduce yourself to the reception agents (staff in blue) to take the elevator to your stand.
You can in fact enter the stadium with your treatment provided you present a prescription or a medical document for the products and materials concerned. Please notify us by email to the following address billeteriehandi@ol.fr indicating: surname, first name, your seat and the products/materials concerned.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted in the stadium. However, we do not have spaces dedicated to our 4-legged friends and recommend that you provide a bowl so that it can drink. Food and beverages
Many sales points are at your disposal both inside and outside the Groupama Stadium.
You can also order online and have it delivered to your seat.
The means of payment authorized in the catering points are cash and credit cards.
Practical information
Avoid non-authorized bags and luggage in the stadium (large dimension bags are prohibited, but small bags and pouches are allowed). Lockers are available for 2 euros; they are located at the bottom of the North and South access ramps of the stadium.
